
I weighed these sorts of foods and found out how heavy they were.
50 g - crisps
100 g - carrot
200 g - cheese slice
200 g - apple
250 g - banana
250 g - biscuits
500 g - soup
800 g - bread
2.3 kg - pop
If I ate all these, I would weigh an extra 4.65 kg.
